This position supports the promotion relationships with clients and vendors. Responsibilities
Daily Tracker updates
Promotions alerting
Brand Approval communication
Quarterly Business Review PowerPoints
Maintaining documentation on the SharePoint for other team(s)
Invoice review
Promotions troubleshooting
Attend Team Meetings, 1 on 1’s, & Channel calls
Compile weekly promotional set up details for submission
Send out weekly promotional set up email to the Ops team
Run End of Month Report in Salesforce and pull totals in Power BI to share promotional progress with the team
Submit new promotional SKU requests for setup
Meet with Accounting to review any large reporting variances as needed
Share totals with the account management, product ownership and partner billing teams
Monthly IDS cut report, Monthly Ops Error Report
Confirm client approval for scheduled promotions and validate no additional creative is needed
Work with marketing team on any creative needed in upcoming promotional launches
Marketing creative submissions
Create Salesforce Opportunity and route to Implementations Team for completion
End of Month SKU removals
Peer Review of promotional setup
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Client and customer facing communication experience preferred.
Associates, BA, or BS degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experienced working with Customer Relationship Management software desired.
Ability to work with internally developed systems.
Ability to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities
Experience in customer loyalty a plus.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Positive and upbeat demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Must enjoy problem solving.
Must find satisfaction in helping others.
Strong interest and aptitude towards technology and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of loyalty programs and call center experience a plus
Project Management experience
